McCarter Automation is a family-owned industrial technology and process consulting firm based in Kannapolis, NC. Founded by Richard and Pamela McCarter, our company is built on over 20 years of field-tested experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and commissioning high-performance nonwovens production lines worldwide.

Today, the business includes their sons, Andrew and Addison McCarter. Both bring a decade of specialized expertise—Andrew in industrial electronics and systems design, and Addison in manufacturing automation and controls. Together, we form a cohesive team dedicated to solving complex production challenges.
